Recording the proceedings must not disrupt or be used to misrepresent proceedings and may only take place with the permission of the Chairman so that children and those who do not wish to be recorded can be respected (Openness of Local Bodies Regulations 2014)

Public participation session: Residents are welcome to attend and may address the Parish Council on council business during the public participation item. This is limited to 5 minutes and the total time for public participation is 20 minutes, to allow time for the items on the agenda to be dealt with.
Note: There is no entitlement to speak at any other time during the meeting, except at the Chairman’s discretion. There are three options for a response – either with a verbal answer, delegated to the Parish Clerk to find out more and respond to the resident, or the issue can be included in the following agenda.
