A meeting of Risinghurst and Sandhills Parish Council will be held on Thursday 16/07/2026 at 7.00pm at the Community Centre, Kiln Lane, Risinghurst OX3 8EY.
Members of the public and press are welcome to attend. Recording the proceedings must not disrupt or be used to misrepresent proceedings and may only take place with the permission of the Chairman so that children and those who do not wish to be recorded can be respected (Openness of Local Bodies Regulations 2014).

Public participation session: Residents are welcome to attend and may address the Parish Council on council business during the public participation item. This is limited to 5 minutes and the total time for public participation is 20 minutes, to allow time for the items on the agenda to be dealt with.
Note: There is no entitlement to speak at any other time during the meeting, except at the Chair’s discretion. Residents wishing to speak should direct their comments to the Chair, who may then invite Parish Councillors to comment.
There are three options for a response – either with a verbal answer, delegated to the Parish Clerk to find out more and respond to the resident, or the issue can be included in the following agenda. An immediate conclusion to the query should not be expected at the meeting. Following this item, members of the public are welcome to stay and respectfully listen to the formal meeting but are reminded that only elected Parish Councillors are entitled to debate and vote on the agenda items of Council business.
